 The Most Remote Pizzeria       in  the World

Antonio has been immersed in the art of pizza making for the past 10 years. Originally from Puglia, Italy, he learned the basics of pizza making in his home country. In 2015, he moved to Australia, where he continued to hone his skills by working at different pizza places. But Antonio wasn't content to just make good pizza. He wanted to make the best pizza in the world.

In 2019, Antonio and his longtime friend, Chef Alberto, decided to open the most remote pizzeria in the world. Bella Alice Food Truck is located in the middle of the Australian Outback, a place where temperatures can go from -5 degrees to 45 degrees Celsius, and the nearest city is thousands of kilometers away. Running a business in such a remote location was no easy feat. Antonio and Alberto overcame many challenges, including finding fresh ingredients, dealing with the heat, and keeping their customers happy while ensuring their operation remained profitable. But they were determined to make Bella Alice a success.

Antonio's passion for pizza and his commitment to quality paid off. Bella Alice quickly became one of the most popular restaurants in the Outback. Travelers from all over the world came to try Antonio's pizzas. In 2021, Bella Alice was officially transformed into a restaurant, and it now hosts more than 160 people and cooks more than 800 pizzas a week, making it one of the busiest pizzerias in Australia, and the most unique. Antonio is one of the most prominent and experienced pizza chefs in Australia. His pizza has been featured in the Australian Good Food Guide and won the award as the best gourmet pizza in the Northern Territory.

But Antonio is not resting on his laurels. He is constantly experimenting with new doughs, techniques, and flavors. He is always looking for ways to improve his pizzas and make them even more delicious. Antonio is an inspiration to pizza makers everywhere.
